The Borough Council of King’s Lynn & West Norfolk will continue to take action against those that fly-tip in their community.
A man from Lynn was fined for the part he played in a mattress being dumped in Walker Street – a residential area of the town.
The man admitted being responsible for a vehicle from which waste was dumped at a hearing at Lynn’s Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday 13 December 2017.

Ian Devereux, cabinet member for environment, said: “I hope this sends a strong message to the local community that we will take appropriate action against those who fly-tip – whether that be fixed penalty notices or prosecution.”
