eastlaw were recently instructed by the Environmental Protection team at North Norfolk District Council in respect of responding to appeal made by landlord in the First Tier tribunal (Property Chamber) against a financial penalty relating to non-compliance with an Improvement Notice served under s11 & 12 of Housing Act 2004

The team at eastlaw provided advice to the Environmental Protection team and prepared evidence ahead of Tribunal hearing. The Landlord’s appeal was dismissed by the Tribunal and the Council’s financial penalty, totalling £16,000, was upheld.
