Eastlaw have been successful in obtaining a 3 month partial Closure Order under s. 80(5)(a) and (c) of the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014. The partial Closure Order prevents access to a premises where there has been significant anti-social behaviour, which had been causing a serious nuisance to other residents.

Due to the current pandemic and lockdown restrictions, the partial closure order has given relief to the victims as they were unable to leave their homes under the COVID Regulations and had been subjected to continuous anti-social behaviour.
