eastlaw, working in partnership with The Borough Council of King’s Lynn and West Norfolk, have successfully prosecuted an unlicensed dog breeder, who has been fined £10,000 in court.
Between the 6 June 2019 and 9 December 2021, Tina Manning did undertake a licensable activity described in section 13(1) of Animals Welfare Act 2006, namely the selling and breeding of dogs as pets (including keeping animals) in the course of a business, other than under the authority of a licence granted in accordance with the provisions of the Animals Welfare Act 2006.
